you can do wi fi battles with ppl any where in the world,   you have to have their friend code to do it tho and those are our codes.  so as soon as you figure out yours post it up and we can battle. i think your able do the fashion show wirelessly too.

I'll have to find out then. I tried the wi fi thing before but it never did anything but say connecting or nothing in the area or something like that. It pissed me off.

ok so you have to beat the 1st gym in order to be able to play/trade.  you get the 'pal pad' from the poke center in that town it will be under key items once you recive it.  go down stairs and talk to the girls down there to get your code.

i havent done too much with the online battles because my brother is a higher lv then me so we havent battle much but you can trade or battle. i was just reading the strat guide and it said you can trade data so that when you go to the tvs and hit A its not always about you it'll will tell you about your friends that you've traded data with. so i've been wanting to figure that out and trade data.

I'm still trying to get this dang thing to work. Everytime I think I got it something else comes up, and I feel like tossing the damn DS. Ugh it sucks being almost totally computer illiterate hmm  I'm just going to get someone to do it for me now.
