PSU, is it actually worth playing?

Well as far as I can tell it is what you would get if you took FFXI and gave it the fighting system of PSO. Meaning that the game will be awesome! I always thought FFXI was very dull and I hated that I could never play with people because of level differance or the fact I died and lost levels. Also standing there and letting a monster smack me around in a vain attempt at combat was annoying. As well as getting beat to death by a bad guy 30 feet behind you. Hopefully all those problems(for me that is) will be gone. I am planing to get the game the 1st day it is out. It also has an offline game completely seperate from the online one. You play as some guy in a traditional Phantasy star adventure only you fight like PSO. I will not care at all abought the offline game as it will probably suck. Offline was only good for leveling up your chars early in PSO so it is practicly useless now. Anyway is anyone else interested in PSU at all? The idea of wandering across alien worlds with NO STAGES just free open enviorments hacking stuff up with my lightsaber sounds too cool. It will be like PSO only a hundered times better and alot less cheating.

lol.  I'm SO there when it 1st comes out.


I already bought the broadband attachements for the playstation and headset.  I just hope it's compatable.  It's really a step backwards without speach.  I can't wait!


In the mean time, I'm probably switching over to blue burst to play for a few months before psu comes out.  I've been having tons of fun with challenge mode lately.

Hi Chibi! Be cool at least someone else I know will be on PSU. I'm not touching anything PSO related till PSU though as I'm still burned out on PSO lol.
